About the role

  • Lead the implementation of Oracle Fusion Financial modules in Makati. Oversee a team and ensure cohesive financial processes across departments.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the implementation and optimization of Oracle Fusion Financial modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Advanced Collections, Fixed Assets, Cash and Expenses Management, Sub-Ledger Accounting and Accounting Hub Cloud.
  • Develop strategic plans for financial systems deployment and enhancements.
  • Oversee the gathering of business requirements, perform gap analysis, and design solutions to meet those needs.
  • Lead and mentor a team of functional consultants and leads.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure cohesive and integrated financial processes.
  • Ensure documentation such as fit gap documents, configuration documents, test scripts and user training materials are created and maintained.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; Masters degree preferred.
  • More than 10 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Financial modules.
  • More than 5 years of experience as a Functional Lead / Architect with Oracle Cloud.
  • Expertise in at least 3 Financial Modules.
  • Proven experience in managing at least 5 end-to-end Oracle Fusion Financial implementations.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
