About the role

  • Client Finance Analyst partnering with agency’s Finance team to manage financial operations. Responsible for overseeing financial documentation and ensuring accuracy in reporting and compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Ownership and support of agency’s financial management solution platform Maconomy
  • Creation and ongoing maintenance of clients, jobs, Sub-Jobs
  • Ensuring accuracy of related documentation and adherence to audit requirement
  • Time and out of pocket moves including job re-allocations
  • Timesheet follow up with staff agency wide
  • Timesheet training for all new employees that will be utilizing Maconomy
  • Ensure accuracy of all client data including rates and client payment terms
  • Work closely with client finance associate ensuring vendor purchase orders are up to date and approved timely

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree with a major in Accounting, Finance or Economics
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Experience with or willingness to learn new technologies (Maconomy, Hyperion)
  • Proficient in MS Word, Outlook, and Excel
  • 2-4 years of experience
