About the role
- Oracle Applications Solution Architect leading strategic design and implementation of Oracle applications for various clients. Collaborating across teams to deliver innovative solutions and mentoring junior staff.
Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic design and implementation of Oracle applications (Finance or HCM depending on your skillset) for a variety of clients.
- Develop and implement our clients’ business requirements while recommending appropriate best practice solutions.
- Provide architectural oversight & leadership and technical guidance throughout all phases of the project lifecycle, from strategy development to solution implementation.
- Oversee the end-to-end delivery of complex Oracle projects, ensuring alignment with clients' business requirements and best practices.
- Support/Drive the growth and development of our Oracle practice by leading internal team activities, participating in our global network, and facilitating external client events.
- Identify and develop new project opportunities, building long-lasting, trusted client relationships.
- Collaborate with cross-functional global and local teams to ensure successful delivery in an agile environment.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
- Stay informed of the latest advancements in Oracle technologies and related applications to ensure our solutions are innovative and up-to-date.
Requirements
- A third level qualification in Business, Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Relevant experience within Oracle EBS R12 and/or Oracle Cloud Financials and/or HCM – design, configuration, and development from projects or your own industry experience.
- Broader knowledge of the Oracle ecosystem and the integration areas of Oracle applications with other modules and applications.
- Proven end-to-end experience in implementing a minimum of 2 full-cycle Oracle EBS or Oracle Cloud Financials/HCM projects and associated deliverables.
- Experience in process modelling and problem-solving client requirements.
- Ability to travel across EMEA without any restrictions.
