About the role

- You ensure the operational handling of inbound and outbound shipments and guarantee a smooth flow of goods

- You coordinate interface management and work closely with other departments (e.g., Sales, Product Development, E‑Commerce and Marketing)
- You implement new processes and optimize existing procedures to increase the efficiency of our supply chain
Requirements
- You have at least 2–4 years of professional experience in Operations or Supply Chain, ideally within the food industry
- You hold a completed vocational training qualification or degree, preferably with a focus on Business Administration or Logistics
- You have a hands‑on mentality and enjoy the challenge of managing multiple projects simultaneously
- You are highly reliable and work with great attention to detail
- You demonstrate forward‑looking, analytical and entrepreneurial thinking, as well as a strong problem‑solving orientation
- You have strong communication and negotiation skills to interact effectively with different stakeholders
- You are highly organized and ideally bring initial experience in project management
- You are fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
