About the role

• Operations Manager overseeing inbound and outbound logistics at FOODVIBEZ, driving efficiency in supply chains within the food industry. A role demanding coordination among various teams and processes.

Responsibilities

• You ensure the operational handling of inbound and outbound shipments and guarantee a smooth flow of goods
• You are in constant communication with freight forwarders, service providers and our fulfillment partners
• You are responsible for inventory planning and forecasting in close collaboration with the product development and marketing teams
• You coordinate interface management and work closely with other departments (e.g., Sales, Product Development, E‑Commerce and Marketing)
• You implement new processes and optimize existing procedures to increase the efficiency of our supply chain

Requirements

• You have at least 2–4 years of professional experience in Operations or Supply Chain, ideally within the food industry
• You hold a completed vocational training qualification or degree, preferably with a focus on Business Administration or Logistics
• You have a hands‑on mentality and enjoy the challenge of managing multiple projects simultaneously
• You are highly reliable and work with great attention to detail
• You demonstrate forward‑looking, analytical and entrepreneurial thinking, as well as a strong problem‑solving orientation
• You have strong communication and negotiation skills to interact effectively with different stakeholders
• You are highly organized and ideally bring initial experience in project management
• You are fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
