About the role

  • Manage the email support system, reply to enquiries and log customer information.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining partner relationships, resolving any issues in a timely manner and escalating through the appropriate channels if necessary.
  • Call clients to confirm the status of property sales and check on progress.
  • Use our bespoke software to track a property's journey and update the database accordingly.
  • Resolve disputes in a fair and professional manner.
  • Assist the Operations Team with administrative duties when required.

Requirements

  • Ability to organise, multi-task and prioritise, often switching quickly between tasks
  • High level of accuracy, following processes and managing queries efficiently
  • Ability to calmly handle issues/complaints and find solutions
  • Comfortable Speaking over the phone, providing a high level of customer experience.
  • Excellent writing and numerical skills
  • Some previous experience in a similar position
  • Experience/Interest in the UK property Market
