About the role
- Operations Executive at GetAgent assisting with property sales and maintaining partner relationships. Handling customer queries and using bespoke software in a hybrid role based in London.
Responsibilities
- Manage the email support system, reply to enquiries and log customer information.
- Assist in developing and maintaining partner relationships, resolving any issues in a timely manner and escalating through the appropriate channels if necessary.
- Call clients to confirm the status of property sales and check on progress.
- Use our bespoke software to track a property's journey and update the database accordingly.
- Resolve disputes in a fair and professional manner.
- Assist the Operations Team with administrative duties when required.
Requirements
- Ability to organise, multi-task and prioritise, often switching quickly between tasks
- High level of accuracy, following processes and managing queries efficiently
- Ability to calmly handle issues/complaints and find solutions
- Comfortable Speaking over the phone, providing a high level of customer experience.
- Excellent writing and numerical skills
- Some previous experience in a similar position
- Experience/Interest in the UK property Market
