About the role

  • Own and track strategic operations projects for the business, ensuring actions are accomplished and deadlines are met (e.g. product dashboards, website redesign, sales reports, annual offsite).
  • Support day-to-day aspects of running the business including onboarding, internal tooling and compliance to enhance business efficiency.
  • Support coordination of internal events, off-sites and team-building activities, focusing on culture, content, activities and socials.
  • Create decks for the leadership team for internal or external/customer-facing use cases (sales pitches, customer demos, hiring briefs).
  • Assist with office management: ordering supplies, managing office vendors, and ensuring the workplace runs smoothly.
  • Work closely with the current Operations Associate and Founder Associate and report into the VP of Operations.

Requirements

  • A brilliant generalist: You will be helicoptered into all sorts of business areas, so you are able to get up to speed quickly and context switch with ease.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive problem solver: You have a knack for identifying challenges and turning them into opportunities. You spot issues before they become problems and work proactively to solve them.
  • Passionate about AI - You actively use AI in your day to day and look for ways to be more efficient using the latest technology.
  • Adaptable: You can pivot where necessary and stay calm under pressure when priorities shift.
  • High attention to detail: You don’t skim over tasks, you ensure that work is completed in its entirety and no detail is overlooked.
  • Team player: You enjoy collaborating with diverse teams and are happy to get stuck into projects regardless of area (e.g. marketing, product, operations).
  • High energy and a positive attitude: You bring enthusiasm and positivity to your work and are eager to contribute to the company’s success.
