Own and track strategic operations projects for the business, ensuring actions are accomplished and deadlines are met (e.g. product dashboards, website redesign, sales reports, annual offsite).
Support day-to-day aspects of running the business including onboarding, internal tooling and compliance to enhance business efficiency.
Support coordination of internal events, off-sites and team-building activities, focusing on culture, content, activities and socials.
Create decks for the leadership team for internal or external/customer-facing use cases (sales pitches, customer demos, hiring briefs).
Assist with office management: ordering supplies, managing office vendors, and ensuring the workplace runs smoothly.
Work closely with the current Operations Associate and Founder Associate and report into the VP of Operations.
