About the role

  • Maintain relationships with customers via chat, providing high-quality support and assistance.
  • Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience, proactively offering suggestions.
  • Continuously test the product with a focus on the customer's journey within the platform.
  • Act as a bridge between customers and other company departments, embodying our values in all interactions and communicating improvement opportunities to internal teams.
  • Conduct research and collect suggestions and feedback.
  • Help customers use the product more effectively.
  • Encourage high-performing customer outcomes, retain customers, and re-engage disengaged users.
  • Ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and effectively through online channels such as email, instant messaging, and video calls.
  • Adaptability and efficiency in a remote work environment.

Requirements

  • High school diploma (or equivalent)
  • Initiative, willingness to learn, and curiosity.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Commitment to achieving results.
  • Customer-centric mindset.
  • Ownership mentality and problem-solving orientation.
  • Experience in customer support via chat or other online communication channels.
  • Advanced English communication skills (reading and writing).
  • Experience with Confluence, Jira, Google Workspace, and Slack.
