About the role

• Onboarding Technician supporting the technical implementation of Equinox systems. Focusing on system setup, data preparation, and ensuring client requirements are met.

Responsibilities

• Support the Onboarding team in the technical implementation and configuration of Equinox systems
• Create, configure, and maintain trial and production environments based on project scope and client requirements
• Manage and track extension request and changes to trial environments
• Collaborate with the Senior Onboarding Technician to ensure timely completion of technical milestones
• Conduct thorough quality checks on configurations to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Maintain and update internal documentation and configuration reference materials
• Identify and recommend improvements to onboarding tools, templates, and workflows
• Provide timely responses to technical setup inquiries from internal stakeholders
• Work on special projects and other duties as assigned by management

Requirements

• Associate’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 1 – 2 years of experience in a technical support, onboarding, or systems configuration role (SaaS environment preferred)
• Strong technical aptitude and the ability to learn complex systems and configuration logic
• Familiarity with administrative-level software configuration a plus
• Experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, required
• Excellent attention to detail and a strong focus on accuracy
• Well-organized and able to manage time effectively to meet project deadlines
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work through technical or procedural challenges
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Able to follow standard operation procedures (SOPs) while identifying areas for improvement
• A team-oriented mindset and a willingness to collaborate
• Fluency in both English and Spanish required; fluency in a third language is a plus.
