Onboarding Technician supporting the technical implementation of Equinox systems. Focusing on system setup, data preparation, and ensuring client requirements are met.
Responsibilities
Support the Onboarding team in the technical implementation and configuration of Equinox systems
Create, configure, and maintain trial and production environments based on project scope and client requirements
Manage and track extension request and changes to trial environments
Collaborate with the Senior Onboarding Technician to ensure timely completion of technical milestones
Conduct thorough quality checks on configurations to ensure accuracy and consistency
Maintain and update internal documentation and configuration reference materials
Identify and recommend improvements to onboarding tools, templates, and workflows
Provide timely responses to technical setup inquiries from internal stakeholders
Work on special projects and other duties as assigned by management
Requirements
Associate’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
1 – 2 years of experience in a technical support, onboarding, or systems configuration role (SaaS environment preferred)
Strong technical aptitude and the ability to learn complex systems and configuration logic
Familiarity with administrative-level software configuration a plus
Experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, required
Excellent attention to detail and a strong focus on accuracy
Well-organized and able to manage time effectively to meet project deadlines
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work through technical or procedural challenges
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Able to follow standard operation procedures (SOPs) while identifying areas for improvement
A team-oriented mindset and a willingness to collaborate
Fluency in both English and Spanish required; fluency in a third language is a plus.
