About the role
- Implement and configure monitoring solutions using Dynatrace.
- Analyze performance metrics and reports to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with development and operations teams to optimize application performance.
- Assist in defining KPIs and creating dashboards for data visualization.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of monitoring processes.
- Stay up to date with best practices in observability and industry tools.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field (required).
- Previous experience with Dynatrace and other monitoring tools.
- Generalist knowledge of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, etc.).
- Familiarity with programming languages (Java, Python, JavaScript, etc.) and agile methodologies.
- Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.
- Must reside in Rio de Janeiro (RJ) and be available for hybrid work at the client site.
- Certifications related to Dynatrace or observability.
- Previous experience on projects in the oil & gas sector.
