Requirements
- Completed degree in journalism, equivalent training or a traineeship (Volontariat), plus solid editorial experience
- Extensive knowledge of the city of Berlin, its neighborhoods (Kieze), surrounding areas and their residents
- Enjoy explaining even complex topics in a clear, audience-oriented and linguistically engaging way
- Confident handling of the demands and developments of modern digital journalism
- Stylistic proficiency across all journalistic formats — both in writing and in editing
- Fundamental understanding of SEO, reach metrics (e.g., unique visitors) and their relevance for editorial success
