About the role
- New Home Consultant responsible for managing the new home purchase process at Lennar. Aiming for customer satisfaction and engagement from initial contact to closing.
Responsibilities
- Engage and establish relationships with visitors to understand their home buying needs
- Self-generate sales leads through community engagement, realtor partnerships, and proactive prospecting

- Provide consistent follow-through with customers from initial contact to post-closing
- Participate in sales meetings, neighborhood promotions, and marketing programs

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree and real estate license preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in homebuilding or real estate sales preferred
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales tracking tools
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
