- NetSuite Integration Manager at Caravel BPM leading design and implementation of NetSuite ERP integrations. Managing projects, teams, and client interactions to drive technical excellence.
Responsibilities
- Lead the strategy, planning, and execution of NetSuite integration projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder requirements.
- Oversee the design and implementation of integration workflows using Boomi and Celigo to connect NetSuite with external systems.
- Manage the development of advanced SuiteScript (1.0/2.0) solutions to meet complex business needs.
- Supervise and mentor a team of integration specialists and developers, providing technical guidance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define integration requirements and technical architectures.
- Ensure compliance with best practices for integration design, data security, and system performance.
- Monitor and optimize integration performance, identifying opportunities for automation and process improvement.
- Drive the adoption of new features and capabilities in NetSuite, Boomi, and Celigo.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.
- Provide high-level troubleshooting and resolution for complex integration issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise integration, with at least 5 years focused on hands-on NetSuite integrations and customizations.
- Extensive expertise in Boomi and Celigo for designing and managing enterprise-grade integration workflows.
- Advanced proficiency in SuiteScript (1.0/2.0) for NetSuite customization, including complex scripting and API development.
- Proven leadership experience managing technical teams and delivering large-scale ERP integration projects.
- Strong understanding of NetSuite APIs (REST, SOAP), third-party API integrations, and data protocols (HTTP, FTP, etc.).
- Experience with SQL, relational databases, and data transformation for integration purposes.
- Exceptional problem-solving, project management, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to align technical solutions with business goals.
- NetSuite certifications (e.g., SuiteCloud Developer, Administrator, or ERP Consultant) preferred.
- Experience with additional integration platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Jitterbit) preferred.
- Deep knowledge of NetSuite ERP modules (Financials, CRM, Supply Chain, etc.) preferred.
