Assistant Manager responsible for video and multimedia production at Woven by Toyota. Creating content that enhances brand engagement and internal communication.
Responsibilities
Lead the full production cycle (from planning to shooting, editing, and final delivery) of multimedia content for both external and internal audiences
Partner with Product Marketing, and engineering teams to produce product explainers and technical highlight reels that make complex topics clear and engaging
Develop brand and milestone content (e.g. launches, announcements, campaign assets) that showcases Woven by Toyota’s innovations and progress
Elevate external and internal leadership visibility by producing video messages and milestone content that amplify Woven by Toyota’s marked steps forward
Serve as a leading internal authority on AI video tools, enabling teams to produce high-quality multimedia content more efficiently across the company
Capture and share internal demos, events, and employee initiatives to strengthen culture and global engagement
Establish guidelines and frameworks that enable other teams to scale their video efforts, while building and maintaining a library of reusable multimedia assets
Requirements
5+ years of experience in video production (concepting, shooting, editing) in corporate, agency, or media settings
Strong portfolio that demonstrates creativity, technical ability, and brand storytelling across multiple formats
Proficiency with industry-standard video editing tools, including motion graphics, animation and visual effects (e.g. Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or equivalent)
Experience translating complex technical or business topics into accessible, engaging visual stories
Strong communication and collaboration skills; able to work confidently with leaders, engineers, and cross-cultural teams
Ability to capture high-quality photos for storytelling (e.g., events, portraits, product or facility shots)
Hands-on experience with AI-first creative tools (e.g., MidJourney, Runway, or equivalent) and a strong interest in applying AI to video production workflows
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
