About the role

  • Provide management and direction to ministry coordinators and administrator (Coordinator/Administrator Management - 40%).
  • Provide feedback and insights to improve processes and programs.
  • Work closely with the Project Management Lead to ensure processes facilitate work and achieve desired outcomes.
  • Provide support and care to SWG members, resolve issues, and improve service levels (Member Care - 20%).
  • Implement and accelerate the community of volunteers and provide feedback from supporter interactions.
  • Meet with Ministry Directors and managers to understand support needs for programs (Ignite, GCPs) and implement necessary supports (Liaison with Ministry Directors/Managers - 15%).
  • Assist coordinators with urgent matters and during peak periods (Other Tasks - 10%).
  • Consult on or participate in formation of project plans that affect Ministry Departments programs and services (Liaison with SWG Project Manager - 10%).
  • Support growth and strengthen ShareWord Global’s ministry and mission effectiveness; report to VP of Ministry.

  • Ability to multitask and work quickly under sometimes tight deadlines.
  • Self-starter and able to achieve goals with minimal oversight.
  • Experience working in a not-for profit, charitable organization or church (asset)
  • Experience with Blackbaud and Raisers Edge products (asset)
  • Ability to demonstrate a personal commitment to Jesus Christ and identify with ShareWord Global's Mission and Statement of Faith.
