Partners with Logistics and Fleet Procurement to manage regional fleet
Develops and trains terminal operations teams on procedures
Designs and installs infrastructure at terminal locations as needed
Assists with customer complaint investigations
Implements packaging projects for seamless customer experience
Serves as a conduit between Mining Solutions and equipment providers
Provides technical and regulatory guidance to ensure compliance
Manages all test and inspection procedures for fleet equipment
Requirements
Minimum 3-10 years of work experience producing, handling, transporting highly toxic and/or hazardous chemicals
Demonstrated skills to complete work independently and through influence
Strong Mechanical aptitude and preventive maintenance background
Experienced in training others
Knowledgeable in safe product use, storage, and handling of hazardous materials
Demonstrated knowledge of computer applications
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities concurrently, including ability to manage numerous follow-up actions and deadlines
Ability to interact effectively with Mining Solutions business leadership, customers, engineering firms, contract operations partners, carriers, and drivers
Willingness to travel (30%) to remote locations across Latin America, Canada, and the US
