About the role
- Join Grupo L'Occitane as a Trade Marketing Analyst. Drive brand activation campaigns and channel management in a hybrid environment in São Paulo.
Responsibilities
- Plan, create and execute activation campaigns aligned with the brand's promotional plan, ensuring consistency and impact.
- Manage and activate the Outlet channel, ensuring its relevance within the overall product strategy.
- Develop supporting assets for campaigns that complement the activation storytelling.
- Build partnership and brand relationship strategies, identifying synergies for joint activations and strategic collaborations.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, proposing optimizations to maximize results.
- Coordinate projects and ensure alignment with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- Experience in product marketing, trade marketing, brand activation or related areas.
- Experience planning and executing promotional campaigns.
- Experience managing sales channels (including Outlet).
- Proven track record in developing campaign materials or supporting assets.
- Experience building strategic partnerships and managing brand relationships.
- Experience with data analysis and measuring campaign performance.
