Responsibilities
Ensure payments comply with established deadlines and rules;
Execute payment routines generated via SAP ERP;
Receive payment return files and process payment clearings and re-openings;
Handle payment rejections, identify root causes and propose solutions;
Settle various types of TED transfers and tax collections;
Keep operational process documentation up to date;
Interact with internal teams and banks to resolve outstanding issues;
Monitor and study legal and technical changes related to the payment split model resulting from the Tax Reform;
Participate in forums, training sessions and working groups on Tax Reform and payments.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, Economics, Engineering or related fields;
Experience with vendor payment processes, preferably using PagFor and CNAB 240;
Knowledge of SAP ERP, especially payment modules and bank integration;
Understanding of the payment split model and automatic tax collection mechanisms;
Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with Office 365 tools;
Organized, proactive profile with strong communication skills.
