About the role

• Analista de Energia PL responsible for monitoring and analyzing energy consumption at SLC Agrícola. Develop projects and manage energy contracts to optimize costs and sustainability initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Perform critical analysis of energy consumption and costs;
• Support the company’s energy planning by developing market scenarios and projections;
• Prepare and review medium- and low-voltage electrical projects, ensuring compliance with technical standards and regulatory requirements;
• Monitor and manage contracts in the free energy market (ACL) and in the regulated market (ACR);
• Track opportunities for migrating consumer units to the free energy market;
• Conduct technical and economic feasibility studies for energy efficiency and distributed generation projects (solar, biomass, etc.);
• Monitor legislation, standards and regulations of the Brazilian power sector (ANEEL, ONS, CCEE);
• Prepare management reports and energy performance dashboards for senior management;
• Provide support to sustainability, procurement and operations teams on matters related to energy and electrical infrastructure.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Energy Engineering (specialization in Energy preferred);
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in electrical energy management or energy analysis;
• Experience preparing electrical projects (low and medium voltage) using BIM tools;
• Knowledge of the free energy market (ACL) and the regulated market (ACR);
• Proficiency with data analysis tools (advanced Excel; Power BI; QI Builder or similar);
• Strong communication skills and ability to present analyses and recommendations to different stakeholders;
• Postgraduate degree or MBA in Energy, Sustainability or Business Management;
• Experience with distributed generation or renewable energy;
• Knowledge of incentivized and conventional energy contracts;
• Basic knowledge of energy risk modeling and trading;
• Intermediate to advanced English;
• Active registration with CREA.
