Responsibilities
Install, configure, and maintain systems hardware, software and components
Ensure computing inventory tracking and shipping
Document and implement computer applications
Provide restoration of basic computing service operation
Support activities to ensure security of information and systems
Provide comprehensive computing support in closed environments
Protect classified and proprietary information
Support security audits as assigned
Provide operations support for both servers and desktop systems

Requirements
Active CompTIA Security+ certified (or similar certification meeting DoD Directive 8570.01 Certification Requirements)
3+ years of experience with Windows Server and Desktop Operating Systems (Server 2016-2022 Windows 10)
3+ years of experience installing, configuring, troubleshooting, and administering current Windows Server 2016 - 2019 and Desktop Operating Systems - Windows 10
3+ years of experience in performing hardware installation, modification and testing
3+ years of experience implementing software
3+ years of experience designing & implementing Windows Systems (preferred)
3+ years of experience troubleshooting operating system and installation problems (preferred)
3+ years of experience with a broad range of basic systems and application support (preferred)
Experience with maintaining/configuring AD to include applying domain group policies (preferred)
Experience with scripts to automate deployment and configuration of operating systems (preferred)
Experience creating and maintaining multiple virtual servers based on VMware (preferred)
Experience evaluating and effectively communicating complex system problems and resolution (preferred)
Experience integrating security solutions (McAfee, Splunk, Host Base Security System) into information systems (preferred)
