About the role

  • Administer ERP system
  • Analyze system errors and logs
  • Develop and maintain reports and spreadsheets
  • Develop Visual Formula
  • Develop metadata
  • Develop concepts (import and export)
  • Develop cubes and charts
  • Develop output generators
  • Develop calculation formulas
  • Install and upgrade ERP system versions
  • Convert databases
  • Validate key system processes when applying patches
  • Coordinate validation with all testers and stakeholders
  • Review release notes for new versions
  • Configure RM Web Portals
  • Install Oracle clients
  • Ensure server prerequisites for the ERP (.NET Framework, UAC, configurations)
  • Install and configure RM Library, Portals and specific patches
  • Configure IIS on portal servers
  • Ensure improvements and fixes are implemented across all environments (Dev, Homologation, Prod)
  • Develop PL/SQL
  • Create queries for management reports, filters and calculation processes
  • Provide ad-hoc listings (database extractions)
  • Support ERP modules
  • Configure the Payroll module
  • Configure Time & Attendance automation, People Management and Occupational Health modules
  • Manage global modules and integrations
  • Administer the TAF application
  • Administer the TSS application
  • Configure and assist with ESOCIAL delivery
  • Monitor and assist with DIRF, Income Statements, RAIS and other government filings
  • Manage tickets
  • Log and respond to tickets
  • Triage tickets in the ticket queue
  • Classify tickets (incident or service request)
  • Record activities in tickets
  • Notify involved areas and provide feedback to internal/external clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree completed in Computer Science, Systems Analysis and Development, Information Systems, or Software Engineering
  • Proficiency in one or more RM modules: RM Backoffice or RM HR (Payroll, Time & Attendance, and People)
  • PL/SQL – Intermediate knowledge in creating queries, procedures and functions
  • Knowledge of the system tables in the RM database
  • Desired: programming logic
  • Intermediate Excel
  • Knowledge and practice of ITIL best practices
  • Nice to have: advanced knowledge of Visual Formula
  • Knowledge of the Smart View tool
