About the role
- Deliver high quality behavioral healthcare
- Provide evidence-based, medically driven treatment services in an outpatient care setting
- Provide care in-person at clinic and through digital health telemedicine
- Work with children, adolescents and adults across the lifespan
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, and licensed therapists
- Participate as part of the clinical team and engage in clinical excellence
Requirements
- Independently licensed in the state of Ohio (LISW, LPCC, IMFT)
- Experienced working with adults, children & adolescents and or the complete lifespan
- Passionate about patient care and committed to clinical excellence
