Determine need for ongoing care according to level of clinical ability
Develop treatment plans and implement treatment interventions
Continually assess patient's progress and revise diagnosis and treatment plans
Document treatment sessions and provide updates to interdisciplinary team
Educate patient support members about patient issues and interventions
Refer for additional clinical services or specialists as needed
Stay current on emerging issues in the profession
Conduct scheduled face-to-face therapy sessions
Requirements
Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related Behavioral Health Sciences required
License must be in good standing in state(s) of practice
In North Dakota, must have one of the following: Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
