About the role

Responsibilities
- Own and continuously improve internal product processes (e.g., planning, refinement, retrospectives)
- Coordinate between squads to ensure dependencies are managed and priorities are aligned
- Promote transparency through product documentation and internal communication
- Support release planning and cross-functional readiness with Development, Quality Assurance, and TechOps
- Align product rituals (roadmap reviews, OKRs, etc.) within the product team
- Track and report key product delivery metrics (velocity, delivery health, etc.)
- Serve as the primary point of contact for team-wide or structural product questions
Requirements
- Experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or in a Product Ops role in a technology-driven environment — preferably in the MedTech industry
- Strong coordination, communication, and team facilitation skills
- Passion for product delivery, structure, and empowering others to work effectively
- Understanding of agile workflows and the fundamentals of the product lifecycle
- Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally with Tech, Design, QA, and leadership
- Detail-oriented with a pragmatic mindset and a sense of what is “good enough” to keep things moving
- Fluent in German and English (C1), both written and spoken
- Experience scaling product processes in a multi-team environment is a strong plus
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, etc.
