About the role

Requirements
- Master’s degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Chemical, Process, or Industrial Engineering) or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in technical leadership roles within manufacturing or process industries.
- Proven experience in product and process development, including project management and cross-functional collaboration.
- Strong understanding of engineering standards, product lifecycle management, and regulatory requirements.
- Experience in an international business environment is an advantage.
- Fluent in Swedish and English (spoken and written).
