- Manages teams performing sophisticated in-house financial modeling activities
- Provides risk perspective on regulatory submissions and requirements
- Represents financial risk management on cross-functional project teams
- Monitors industry trends, regulatory developments, and emerging risks
- Manages team performance through coaching, mentoring, and formal development processes
Requirements
- University (Degree) Preferred
- 10+ Years Required
- Advanced degree in actuarial science, mathematics, finance, or related field
- Fellow of Society of Actuaries (FSA), Associate of Society of Actuaries (ASA), or Chartered Enterprise Risk Analyst (CERA)
- 15+ years of progressive actuarial and/or financial risk management experience with demonstrated expertise in life insurance/annuity products, asset-liability management, and risk oversight functions
