Requirements
- 5+ years of experience leading event marketing, field marketing, or PR initiatives, ideally in fintech or high-growth startups.
- Availability to attend and support events in person across Brazil and LATAM.
- Strong network of trusted PR agencies, media contacts, and event vendors.
- Experience using professional-grade event tools and managing event budgets and KPIs.
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools like Hubspot.
- Ability to drive timelines independently and thrive in fast-paced environments.
- Working proficiency in English and Portuguese.
- Experience managing social media campaigns to boost event attendance and post‑event engagement.
- Interest in AI tools to enhance operational efficiency.
- Willingness to work from the office at least 3 times per week
