Responsibilities
Leading strategy, logistics, and execution of in‑person and virtual events with operational excellence.
Building and maintaining relationships with key media and PR contacts to secure high‑impact placements.
Being available to travel and provide on‑site support for events across Brazil and LATAM.
Managing budgets and timelines, tracking performance, and reporting on ROI.
Using event management platforms, and integrating with Hubspot to streamline execution.
Developing and sustaining a reliable network of vendors and service providers.
Ensuring flawless coordination across multiple workstreams, with meticulous attention to detail.
Partnering with the content and social teams to amplify event and PR visibility via LinkedIn, Instagram, and other owned channels.
Supporting the broader marketing roadmap with data‑driven insights and operational discipline.
Requirements
5+ years of experience leading event marketing, field marketing, or PR initiatives, ideally in fintech or high-growth startups.
Availability to attend and support events in person across Brazil and LATAM.
Strong network of trusted PR agencies, media contacts, and event vendors.
Experience using professional-grade event tools and managing event budgets and KPIs.
Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools like Hubspot.
Ability to drive timelines independently and thrive in fast-paced environments.
Working proficiency in English and Portuguese.
Experience managing social media campaigns to boost event attendance and post‑event engagement.
Interest in AI tools to enhance operational efficiency.
Willingness to work from the office at least 3 times per week
