About the role

  • Support the Marketing Manager in planning and executing marketing activities for our baby brands in DACH, CEE and GCC.
  • Contribute to growth plans, go-to-market strategies, NPD launches and retail activations across Europe.
  • Manage PR agencies, run influencer campaigns and coordinate global influencer seeding activities.
  • Monitor digital marketing campaigns, implement retail marketing and optimize retailer listings.
  • Assist with budget reconciliations, customer service updates and campaign analysis to derive actionable recommendations.

Requirements

  • 3–4 years in brand, digital or agency marketing, ideally with multinational experience.
  • Team player who fosters a positive, high-performance culture.
  • Energetic, creative, solution-oriented and able to work independently.
  • Strong multitasking and prioritization skills with a growth-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent English proficiency, strong presentation skills and familiarity with social media; additional languages are a plus.
