About the role

  • Marketing Manager driving B2B marketing strategy for Global Services and Ireland at Damovo. Creating integrated campaigns, managing CRM, and executing PR plans from Dublin.

Responsibilities

  • Execution of an integrated marketing strategy aligned with Damovo’s revenue goals.
  • Develop and execute end-to-end demand generation campaigns with sales and team leads.
  • Create messaging and content for strategic marketing plans including emails and social media.
  • Build and manage a focused PR plan to support brand awareness.
  • Manage CRM and marketing automation platforms for effective lead management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
  • A minimum of 5 years hands-on experience in B2B Marketing
  • Experience with CMS systems (e.g. WordPress)
  • Graphics tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
  • Confident in using AI tools for content creation and workflow optimisation
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment managing multiple projects and priorities
  • Excellent written, communication, and presentation skills with absolute fluency in English.
  • Teamwork orientated individual with ability to positively contribute to team dynamics.
