About the role

  • Leading strategic B2B marketing strategies and initiatives by collaborating with experts in marketing, communication, and business to develop comprehensive strategies aligned with Intact Insurance's B2B strategy and overall business goals, including strengthening Intact Insurance’s brand and voice.
  • Leading the creation and execution of high-impact integrated marketing campaigns that address the specific needs of brokers, optimize engagement, and drive business growth using innovative, data-driven tactics.
  • Innovate the development of content strategy and creation of content calendars that ensure consistent, engaging, and impactful communication across all channels.
  • Your strategic guidance will ensure content aligns with brand voice and drives audience engagement.
  • Innovate and oversee the launch and establishment of new communication channels, ensuring seamless integration into our overarching strategy and branding efforts.
  • Collaborating closely with agencies and internal stakeholders to produce compelling campaign materials that convey our brand story and enhance Intact Insurance’s brand voice.
  • Coordinating cross-functional projects to align strategic initiatives with Intact Insurance's B2B goals, focusing on market leadership, broker engagement, and brand differentiation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B marketing strategy development, with a proven track record of executing successful campaigns that drive measurable growth.
  • Expertise in devising comprehensive 360-degree marketing strategies and managing complex, multifaceted campaigns from inception to execution.
  • Advanced relationship management skills, adept at crafting marketing briefs that elevate brand identity and foster agency collaboration.
  • Exceptional project leadership skills with proven experience in achieving excellent results.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Proficient in digital marketing tools, analytics, and data-driven decision-making.
  • For candidates located in Quebec, bilingualism is required considering the necessity to interact on a regular basis with English-speaking colleagues across the country.
