About the role

  • Develop and implement integrated marketing and sales strategies
  • Plan and execute B2B campaigns (email, social media, website, events)
  • Identify, qualify and manage potential new clients
  • Create and maintain marketing materials (presentations, landing pages, newsletters)
  • Support telephone cold outreach and lead handling
  • Maintain and analyze customer data in the CRM system (HubSpot & Vertec)
  • Analyze and optimize existing marketing activities to generate leads
  • Work closely with management and consulting teams to align target audiences and offerings

Requirements

  • Professional experience in marketing, sales or business development (B2B environment)
  • Confident use of CRM systems and digital tools (HubSpot, LinkedIn, automation tools)
  • Experience in strategic and operational B2B marketing
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on mentality
  • Strong communication skills, initiative and enjoyment in customer outreach
  • Very good German language skills, spoken and written
