About the role
- Marketing Project Coordinator supporting various projects in a FinTech company. Engaging in partner collaborations, event management, and marketing operations during a maternity cover.
Responsibilities
- Support the marketing team with a variety of projects and tasks, with a focus on:
- Partner & Event Management
- Coordinate co-branded card projects with enterprise & integration partners
- Support the design, packaging and order process of the amnis debit card
- Organize and prepare fairs and summits (e.g. Web Summit, Accounting Summit, Treasury Convention)
- Research and execute merch concepts and materials
- Marketing Operations
- Maintain website updates (SEO improvements, employee pages, blog updates etc.)
- Support with translations, visuals, and app store copies
- Manage smaller marketing needs such as business cards and employee photos
- Support the integration of AI tools into marketing processes
Requirements
- First professional experience in marketing, project coordination, or event and partner management (internships or 1–2 years of work experience)
- Hands-on, proactive mindset - you like to get things done and keep projects moving
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Curiosity and flexibility to work across different marketing areas
- Strong communication skills (English & German required; Czech or other languages are a plus)
- Comfortable working with digital tools and learning new ones quickly
