Responsibilities
- Lead end to end delivery, from inception through to delivery of medium to large sized projects and/or key pieces of work within large complex programs.
- Work collaboratively with key business owners and stakeholders to deliver the best outcome for customers and the business.
- Operate across multiple teams to ensure delivery is aligned.
- Develop relationships with stakeholders and influence to ensure effective and efficient project delivery.
- Identify and manage the risks, issues and dependencies throughout the delivery framework.

- Apply knowledge of data platforms and environments to guide delivery teams.
Requirements
- Strong Project Management expertise, preferably in Banking or Finance.
- In-depth knowledge of operational and analytical data stores, end to end batch processing lifecycles, and data movement to meet Operational, Analytical, Regulatory and Business Critical obligations.
- Deep experience in Data Platforms and environments that require ‘traceability’ and governance of key decision inputs and outcomes.
- Strong knowledge and proven application of project governance and various methodologies including Agile and waterfall delivery.
- Excellent communication skills; ability to convey ideas clearly, engage stakeholders across all levels, and create a shared understanding through effective communication.
- Skills in fostering teamwork, building partnerships, and aligning project teams towards common goals through collaboration and influence.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to navigate complex project environments.
- Adaptability and resilience to work comfortably with change, ambiguity, and shifting priorities in a dynamic environment.
