About the role

  • Portfolio optimization: You identify growth opportunities within our product portfolio and develop initiatives to improve performance and profitability
  • Data-driven insights: You translate performance dashboards and shopper insights (e.g., Circana) into the identification of concrete growth opportunities at category and product level to maintain customer satisfaction
  • Market & competitive analysis: You monitor market trends, customer preferences and competitors to drive portfolio innovation and support our strategic planning
  • Post-launch analysis: You define and translate metrics after product launches into actionable recommendations—always with a deep understanding of our customers at the center
  • Portfolio & pricing analysis: You conduct product and product-line analyses, model cannibalization and incrementality to support data-driven decisions
  • Cross-functional collaboration: You work closely with marketing, sales and finance teams in the DACH region to support successful go-to-market strategies
  • Global collaboration: You act as an interface between the DACH market and central product, content and licensing teams—analyzing local market needs, making recommendations and adapting global strategies to local market conditions

Requirements

  • A degree in business administration, marketing, product management or a related field
  • At least 3 years of professional experience with a data and analytics focus in portfolio, product or marketing management—ideally in the consumer goods or entertainment sector
  • The ability and passion to translate complex data into clear strategic insights and actionable recommendations
  • Strong project management skills and self-initiative
  • Experience working with data sources (e.g., Circana/Tableau)
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken.
