About the role

  • Develop and deliver event strategies that strengthen Ingrid’s brand and support business goals
  • Lead end-to-end event management — from planning and logistics to budgets, vendors, and post-event insights
  • Drive cross-market marketing campaigns together with the Demand Generation and Sales teams
  • Manage merchandise planning, ordering, and inventory
  • Create simple design assets like event backdrops, promotional materials, and landing pages
  • Track ROI, manage budgets, and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance
  • Maintain CRM activities and nurture email campaigns in HubSpot to support sales cycles

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of marketing experience with a strong event management focus
  • Proven track record managing projects across multiple markets (UK, Netherlands, Nordics)
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • Experience using HubSpot or similar CRM and automation tools
  • Solid budget management and reporting experience
  • Basic design ability (Canva, Figma, or similar)
  • Fluent in English (Swedish is a plus)
