About the role

  • Design, implement, and oversee innovative and effective marketing strategies targeting both men and women to promote our logistics and transportation services.
  • Use digital marketing tools such as Pardot to automate campaigns, generate leads, and nurture prospects throughout the sales cycle.
  • Analyze Google Analytics data to evaluate campaign performance, identify trends, and make strategic adjustments accordingly.
  • Plan and execute inbound and outbound campaigns, including content campaigns, webinars, events, and targeted advertising campaigns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop engaging and relevant marketing content, including blog posts, case studies, and white papers.
  • Monitor market trends and consumer behavior to continuously refine marketing strategies.
  • Manage the marketing budget effectively and ensure a positive return on investment for all activities.

Requirements

  • University degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Marketing Manager with a focus on digital marketing and hands-on experience with Pardot.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
  • Strong knowledge of inbound and outbound marketing techniques.
  • Team management experience and ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
