About the role

  • Create, edit, and manage content (blogs, case studies, whitepapers, sales collateral, web copy)
  • Manage marketing automation workflows in HubSpot (emails, lead scoring, and nurturing campaigns)
  • Work with the sales team to deliver targeted campaigns, track engagement, and report on MQL contribution
  • Plan and coordinate events (webinars, roundtables, industry conferences)
  • Develop, implement, and optimise a comprehensive lead nurturing strategy across all campaigns
  • Manage and schedule social media activity across company channels aligning posts with campaigns, events, and brand tone of voice
  • Monitor social engagement and report on performance metrics, identifying opportunities to increase reach and interaction.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally within consulting, technology, or professional services
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, events, and social media, with hands-on experience in campaign delivery
  • Proficiency with marketing automation and HubSpot
  • Experience with WordPress as nice-to-have
  • Organised, proactive, and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
  • Commercially minded with a focus on impact, ROI, and contribution to pipeline
  • Collaborative and adaptable, with a “get-things-done” mindset
