Responsibilities
Create, edit, and manage content (blogs, case studies, whitepapers, sales collateral, web copy)
Manage marketing automation workflows in HubSpot (emails, lead scoring, and nurturing campaigns)
Work with the sales team to deliver targeted campaigns, track engagement, and report on MQL contribution
Plan and coordinate events (webinars, roundtables, industry conferences)
Develop, implement, and optimise a comprehensive lead nurturing strategy across all campaigns
Manage and schedule social media activity across company channels aligning posts with campaigns, events, and brand tone of voice
Monitor social engagement and report on performance metrics, identifying opportunities to increase reach and interaction.
Requirements
3–5 years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally within consulting, technology, or professional services
Strong understanding of digital marketing, events, and social media, with hands-on experience in campaign delivery
Proficiency with marketing automation and HubSpot
Experience with WordPress as nice-to-have
Organised, proactive, and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
