Responsibilities
Provide operational and administrative support for the global marketing team
Support and maintain digital marketing tools such as CMS platforms, asset management systems, CRM, and analytics dashboards
Collaborate with regulatory, supply chain, and commercial teams to ensure alignment on marketing projects and deliverables
Coordinate global and regional marketing events, including logistics, vendor management, and on-site support
Manage the creation and updating of product packshots and marketing visuals in collaboration with design teams
Oversee packaging updates and changes across markets, ensuring compliance with brand and regulatory requirements
Maintain accurate filing of marketing contracts and documentation for compliance and easy retrieval
Requirements
Previous experience in a marketing coordination or support role, ideally within healthcare, animal health, or FMCG sectors
Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, CMS, CRM systems, Microsoft Office, SharePoint)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a global, cross-functional environment
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently
Fluency in English is required; additional languages are an advantage
