- Maintain accurate filing of marketing contracts and documentation for compliance and easy retrieval
Requirements
- Previous experience in a marketing coordination or support role, ideally within healthcare, animal health, or FMCG sectors
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, CMS, CRM systems, Microsoft Office, SharePoint)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a global, cross-functional environment
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages are an advantage
- A proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and willingness to learn.
