About the role

  • Marketing Associate assisting in implementing marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and business growth for Fidelity’s Institutional Wealth Management Services. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to produce clear and client-friendly marketing materials.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in creating co-branded content to boost visibility, ensure consistent messaging and enhance client relationships
  • Play a key role in delivering required client communications, ensuring clarity, accuracy while ensuring readability and preserving our brand voice
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to produce marketing materials (such as social media posts and emails) that are clear, client friendly, and delivered on time
  • Collaborate with various teams to maintain clarity, client-friendliness, and timeliness
  • Collaborate with compliance and legal departments to ensure materials meet internal and regulatory guidelines move efficiently through review and approval

Requirements

  • Degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field
  • 1–2 years of experience in Marketing (including internships)
  • Proven communication and teamwork ability
  • Detail oriented with proven ability to work on varied projects
