About the role

  • Plan, execute, optimize, and analyze digital media campaigns with a performance focus.
  • Define digital media strategies (performance, display, social media, video, etc.).
  • Manage media budgets, allocating resources optimally to achieve KPIs such as CAC, ROI, CPA, ROAS, and other performance indicators.
  • Set up, monitor, and optimize campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), DV360, LinkedIn Ads, and TikTok Ads.
  • Use tracking tools (pixels, UTM parameters, tags) to ensure result traceability and data quality.
  • Produce performance reports with actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with Growth, Product, Content, and Branding teams to align messaging, formats, and creatives.
  • Run A/B tests on creatives, targeting, landing pages, etc., for learning and optimization.
  • Stay up to date on media trends, regulations (such as data privacy), and digital innovations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2 to 4+ years of hands-on experience managing digital media campaigns, preferably in a performance-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in at least two of the following platforms: Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, DV360, or similar.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data to make decisions and optimize costs.
  • Knowledge of analytics/reporting tools (Google Analytics / GA4, BI tools, or dashboards).
  • Good communication skills, ability to work in cross-functional teams, proactive mindset, and a hands-on approach.
