About the role

  • Learn and perform the job duties of the position(s) within their assigned department.
  • Participate in comprehensive onboarding, operational duties within their assigned department, eLearning, and virtual meetings with company leaders.
  • Job shadow and have a direct mentorship with an onsite leader.
  • Contribute to department projects and learn what drives a successful Marketing and Sales operation on site.
  • Demonstrate the company’s values and core beliefs.

Requirements

  • Candidate should be pursuing a college degree.
  • It is preferred that the candidate is actively pursuing a degree in Hospitality, Marketing, Sales or Business.
  • Candidates who have an undecided major may also be considered.
  • Prior Hospitality or Sales experience preferred.
  • Past Interns who are interested in completing an additional internship will be considered first.
  • Previous performance rating will be taken into consideration.
