Provide technical and post-sales support to drive adoption of Early Warning’s payment and risk products. Lead go-to-market, certification, and cross-functional implementation efforts.
Responsibilities
Drive increased market share and adoption for core service offerings by providing commercialization support of new products and enhancements
Support internal mapping and metrics memorialization for go-to-market activities
Lead process and procedure improvements in the Partnerships organization related to assigned product line
Collaborate with Ops, Legal, Marketing, Analytics, Governance & Compliance and other internal partners
Serve as key consultant for change event management (M&A, Conversions) across internal teams; facilitate and build support content for custom SOWs as needed
Provide in-field consultative and technical support throughout key stages in the sales cycle
Lead client contact to review value test requirements, Q/A, facilitate external file coordination and internal coordination to enable final test execution
Manage post-sales activities to expedite service deployment, maximize customer utilization and value
Provide post sale support for newly commercialized enhancements, including technical requirements reviews
Partner with Product, Network Governance and Market Solutions colleagues to manage effective adoption and certification across clients
Delineate and communicate certification requirements for FIs; support build, maintenance, and evolution of documentation
Support creation and documentation routines to monitor Network Participant status relative to Network mandates
Provide guidance to Implementation and Support teams related to Network operating rules for Network Participants
Manage and facilitate content updates for external client best practice guides and internal department playbooks; partner with tech writers for publication
Support company risk management and protect the integrity and confidentiality of systems and data
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (minimum)
Minimum 6 or more years of experience in service, product, or other related roles
Candidates must independently possess the eligibility to work in the United States for any employer at date of hire

Utilize critical thinking skills, customer understanding and product knowledge to suggest product modifications or best practices of using EWS tools
Highly effective verbal and written communication and presentation skills with all levels of the organization

Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills to build partnerships and alliances internally and with external partners at all levels
