About the role
- Lead the development and execution of the Market SHE strategy aligned with Nestlé’s global standards
- Inspire a zero-incident mindset and foster a culture of continuous improvement
- Coach and empower site SHE managers and senior leaders to embed SHE ownership
- Ensure compliance with legal and Nestlé SHE standards, including ISO certifications
- Drive environmental compliance and waste reduction initiatives
- Engage with external stakeholders and represent Nestlé in SHE forums
- Report to the Head of Operations as part of the Operations department
Requirements
- Proven SHE leadership experience in operational environments (e.g., factories, distribution centers)
- Strong coaching, communication, and change management skills
- Expertise in SHE management systems, risk assessment, and regulatory compliance
- Ability to ensure compliance with legal and Nestlé SHE standards, including ISO certifications
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to influence at all levels
- Willingness to be regularly present on-site and lead by example
