About the role

  • Market Research Manager managing market research projects with IUU Canada. Collaborating with directors and a global network of researchers to deliver insights.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing research projects for various clients using Qual and Quant methodologies
  • Understand clients’ programmatic issues and challenging contexts
  • Analyze and interpret results and prepare first draft reports
  • Contribute to business development efforts
  • Light moderation of online research activities (discussion boards)
  • Designing first draft questionnaires and discussion guides
  • Drafting summary reports or preparing data for analysis
  • Project management of research activities
  • Working with an operations team to execute fielding of activities

Requirements

  • 2 years Market Research experience
  • Familiarity with screener development, coordination, discussion guide and questionnaire development
  • Experience with online Communities/Digital qualitative and quantitative research expertise
  • Creative Problem-Solving Skills
  • Strong competency in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Oral/Written Communication Skills, including qualitative analysis and storytelling
  • Proactive detail orientation
  • Strong client service orientation
