About the role

  • Gathers, analyzes, and interprets data to guide product development and brand strategy
  • Designs, programs, and manages surveys using Qualtrics or other survey platforms
  • Conducts primary and secondary research for market sizing
  • Synthesizes complex findings into concise reports, dashboards, and presentations
  • Collaborates with product development and sales teams to align research insights
  • Supports advanced research methodologies such as conjoint analysis and segmentation
  • Maintains a pulse on market shifts and competitor strategies

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Market Research, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field (Master’s preferred but not required)
  • 3–5 years of market research experience in a corporate, consulting, or agency environment
  • Proficiency with Qualtrics (or other leading survey software such as SurveyMonkey, Alchemer, etc.)
  • Familiarity with AI-driven research tools (e.g., text analytics, predictive modeling, data visualization)
  • Knowledge of statistical analysis tools (e.g., SPSS, R, Python, or similar) preferred
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams with product managers, engineers, or marketers a plus
