Responsibilities
- Market mapping: monitor competitors, industry, regulatory and technological trends in the health and diagnostic medicine segment.
- Research and studies: design and conduct quantitative and qualitative market research, customer satisfaction surveys and research for potential partners.
- CRM and commercial data: structure and manage CRM indicators (pipeline, sales funnel, churn, average ticket, NPS, etc.), supporting the commercial team with dashboards and reports.
- Competitive intelligence: produce price, portfolio and competitor-differentiator comparisons to support pricing and commercial teams.
- Growth and expansion: support the definition of prospecting strategies, customer segmentation, upsell/cross-sell opportunities and regional expansion.
- Financial and performance analysis: monitor KPIs (test volumes, margins, logistics costs, delinquency) and propose improvements.
- Strategic support: provide data and reports for executive and management decision-making, including presentations for internal and external forums.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Engineering or related fields.
- Knowledge of market research (qualitative and quantitative).
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics or similar).
- Ability to work with large volumes of data (advanced Excel, Power BI, SQL or BI tools).
- Proficiency in basic financial analysis (markup, margin, CAGR, growth metrics).
- Understanding of growth marketing (sales funnel, segmentation, customer journey, retention strategies).
- Skill in data presentation (dashboards and reports).
