Responsibilities
Oversee business development efforts across key defence, engineering, and technology sectors, aligning with strategic objectives
Build and manage long-term client relationships, becoming a trusted advisor and first point of contact.
Accountable for identifying, and mitigating commercial risks
Identify and qualify new business opportunities
Provide accurate forecasting and reporting of pipeline, performance, and market intelligence to senior leadership.
Line Manager for a group of Business Managers on a day-to-day basis, providing functional leadership, coaching and mentoring
Requirements
Skillful in enhancing business development and boosting sales, ideally within Defence/Land Domain , but applicable to wider defence, engineering, or technology sectors
Ability to engage with technical teams and translate complex offerings into compelling business value
Skillful communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills
Organised professional with a strategic mindset and a results-driven attitude.
Degree in business, engineering, or a related field is beneficial.
