Responsibilities
- Drive Manufacturing Requirements into Powertrain Architecture Development Process
- Analyze Manufacturing Key Process Indicators (KPI’s) and implement corrective actions to deliver Business Objectives

- Meet Program Financial Targets for Facility, Tooling and Labor
- Lead all phases of New Model Product Launch at Powertrain Plant(s) including Tooling and Facility Installations
Requirements
- 5+ Years leadership Experience in Manufacturing Engineering
- Strong Project Management skills and result-oriented mindset
- Proven ability to inspire and lead cross-functional teams
- Experience leading Project from Concept to Manufacturing
- Deep understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles
- Ability to set long term goals and implement Manufacturing Strategies
- Experience in Cost Control and Resource allocation to maximize efficiency
- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex issues, identify root causes and implement corrective actions
- Experience leveraging Virtual Manufacturing tools
- Strong communication skills
- Implementation of Failure Mode Avoidance principles and Quality Improvement actions
