About the role

Responsibilities
- Plan and control production for more than 350 different items — from very small to medium series (1–1000 units)
- Create, maintain and adjust the production schedule taking into account capacities, deadlines and material availability
- Coordinate and align with purchasing, sales and production when requirements, quantities or delivery dates change
- Monitor and manage order flows in production — from demand planning to on-time delivery
- Optimize processes and support the further development of production planning and control
- Take independent action to resolve bottlenecks — e.g., by reallocating materials or addressing capacity constraints
Requirements
- Completed technical or commercial training with experience in production planning, work preparation or scheduling
- Experience in electronics manufacturing or a similar environment is an advantage
- Strong organizational skills and enjoyment in keeping many topics in view simultaneously
- Strong communication skills and a proactive approach when working with purchasing, sales and production
- Confident use of ERP systems and good knowledge of MS Office
- Very good written and spoken German
