Responsibilities
Oversees all aspects of the practice’s finance and operations
Acts as a strategic partner and liaison between the business leaders, specialty leaders, finance and HR
Responsible for all aspects of client finance and operations for this business unit
Develop and maintain resource allocations for business units working with the leads, finance and HR on identifying gaps and shifts in staffing needs
Submit billing request to Stagwell billing ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of invoices
Ensure accuracy and timeliness of business unit team’s timesheets, following up on a weekly basis and at month end
Requirements
Five years of experience in a like-minded position, with agency experience a plus
Experience pulling and manipulating data from various enterprise systems, with experience in Maconomy preferred
Advanced Excel
Enjoys teamwork and collaboration and possesses strong oral and written communications skills
Management and negotiation skills
Finance/Economics/Accounting or similar major/minor a plus
