Responsibilities
End-to-end trade show management: You will actively participate in the conception, planning and execution of our trade show presence.
Coordination & communication: You will coordinate with service providers, the trade fair organiser, internal departments and partners.
Marketing and communication materials: You will assist in creating promotional materials, invitation campaigns and presentations.
Updating and maintaining checklists (e.g., packing lists for trade show equipment).
On-site support & follow-up: If the internship includes trade show periods, you will accompany the team to the event to help with on-site execution and post-event follow-up.
Requirements
Relevant field of study: You are studying business administration, communications, media or a related subject, ideally with a focus on marketing.

Organisational talent with a creative sense: You enjoy organising, have a keen sense for language and design, and can keep an overview even in busy periods.

Prior experience in event organisation or trade show planning is a plus.
Confident with MS Office and internet research – knowledge of Adobe/Affinity or Canva is an advantage.
